Returns & Exchanges

At Dover Saddlery, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 12 months of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original condition and include all tags and packaging. Place the items securely in a shipping box along with the completed return form found on the back of your packing slip.

• 2.
  Generate a Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to print a pre-paid SmartLabel shipping label or choose to use your own preferred carrier to ship the package back to our distribution center.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or USPS mailbox, depending on the label type selected.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
