The R.J. Classics Ladies’ Ella 37.5® Long Sleeve Training Shirt is a classic schooling shirt with modern twist. It is updated with patented 37.5 thermoregulation technology, proven to help your body manage its core temperature and therefore, increase stamina. It keeps you comfortable by helping your body to maintain an optimum core temperature of 37.5° Celsius (99.5° Fahrenheit) which is ideal for peak athletic performance. The particles in the fabric are naturally derived and work for the life of the shirt (it will never wash out).

The main body fabric also offers the benefit of UPF 50 to help protect your skin from the sun. Signature mesh panels give the Ella her unique appeal, helping you stand apart while maintaining a polished look.
