The complete COMTEK® ALS-216 Personal Trainer is a one-way wireless communication system that allows a trainer to deliver riding instruction with crystal clear sound clarity to one or more students on horseback up to 300 feet away. It offers the perfect solution to overcoming listening challenges due to long distances between rider and trainer. Its rugged construction ensures long lasting durability in the most demanding environments and weather conditions. Easy to operate, the trainer speaks into a lapel microphone and wears a personal transmitter comfortably clipped to a belt or waistband, while each rider wears a personal receiver and earpiece. Originally developed for use in the movie industry, this system is used by top trainers worldwide including Steffen Peters and many others. A must-have for all instructors, the Complete ALS-216 System includes: M-216 Option 1 Transmitter (includes mic mute switch), CM-183 RT Omni-directional Lapel Microphone with windscreen, PR-216 Personal Receiver, MDR-J10 Left & Right Mono Headphone Set, 2 BC-216 Snap-on Belt Clips and a Carrying Case. The MDR-J10 Left & Right Mono Headphone Set includes a single right and a single left earphone. This allows one ear to be left open to the environment when in use. The cord comes with added strain-relief, that provides additional protection at the base of the earphone plug.
